About This Role We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer to provide deep technical expertise and oversight for our upcoming natural gas power plant projects. This position will report to the Head of Datacenters and Fuels. This pivotal role will involve supporting the project team by reviewing, validating, and ensuring the technical integrity of designs and execution plans provided by our external EPC firms. The scope includes new natural gas pipelines and power plants based on reciprocating engines and gas turbines. This role will serve in a technical Owner's Engineer capacity, supporting project development, contracting, design review, and execution through commissioning and startup. Team Overview This team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect's mission to accelerate the clean energy transition by developing and delivering complex, high-performance infrastructure projects. The Datacenter and Fuels team is composed of multidisciplinary engineers and project leaders responsible for projects from early-stage concept through construction and operations.
