We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency. - Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients- Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements. - Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage. About You
