Support the Salesforce (SFDC) platform, including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and configurations
Design, implement, maintain and automate SOX-compliant controls related to Salesforce and associated systems
Own and support IT General Controls (ITGCs), including access management, change management, and system operations controls
Partner with Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance, and IT teams to support SOX audits and walkthroughs
Prepare and maintain audit documentation, evidence, and process narratives related to SFDC and IT controls
Monitor and remediate control deficiencies, audit findings, and risk issues in a timely manner
Support change management processes, including testing, documentation, and approvals
Requirements
2+ yrs of experience as a Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator
Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with IT General Controls (ITGCs), including access controls and change management
Experience supporting internal and/or external IT audits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and audit-friendly language
Experience working in a SOX-regulated or publicly traded environment
Familiarity with GRC tools and audit management platform s
Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
69,600.00 - 95,700.00 USD Annual

This role requires a professional who blends technical Salesforce proficiency with a deep knowledge of IT risk and controls, coupled with the communication skills necessary to engage with business, IT, security, and audit partners.
In this position, you will support Salesforce administration while upholding audit readiness and compliance standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing the Change Management process for GTM Systems and serving as the primary liaison for routine control requirements and external auditor walkthroughs.
