ACBS Senior Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and solutioning for ACBS implementations
• Define architecture approach for lending lifecycle processes including booking, servicing, and closure
• Oversee mapping across Customer, Facility, Credit Line, Loan and related structures
• Drive interface strategy including API integration, data flow, and reconciliation
• Define testing strategy for SIT, UAT, and production readiness
• Lead defect triage and root cause analysis for complex issues
• Ensure data integrity and controls across systems
• Manage stakeholder communication across business and IT teams
• Mentor junior resources and build internal ACBS capability
• Must Have Skills:
• 9+ years' experience in banking or lending platforms
• Strong expertise in ACBS system across implementation and support
• Deep understanding of corporate lending lifecycle and banking operations
• Proven experience in leading functional design and delivery
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Good to Have:
• Experience in large scale banking transformation programs
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in lending
• Experience in data migration and reconciliation strategies

Additional Information

Role Purpose: Lead ACBS (FIS product) solution design and delivery for lending platforms. Responsible for end-to-end functional governance, integration design, testing strategy, and stakeholder management for corporate lending systems.
