Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team based in Singapore. The Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative reward programs and strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organization. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Rewards in Singapore, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our global rewards strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives. o Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies for regional markets, ensuring that they are aligned with market best practices and regulatory requirements. o Collaborate with cluster HR teams on implementing Group-wide or country-specific rewards programs or initiatives. o Perform annual salary review to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. o Keep abreast of market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs in support of business growth. o Support annual budget & forecasting exercise. o Support the review and upkeep of policies/procedures in compliance with local statutory legislations. o Lead or participate in ad-hoc HR/Rewards/M&A projects.
