Job Description As a Vendor Management Reporting Analyst, you will help build standardized, effective performance metrics and SLAs. You will ensure consistent reporting and compliance tracking for key strategic vendors. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain standardized procedures to implement and monitor vendor performance metrics and SLAs Monitor vendor performance results against contracted service levels Perform routine evaluations of vendor performance and software adherence Build and update ServiceNow dashboards for real-time access to vendor performance Prepare and present regular and ad hoc vendor performance and compliance reports About you: To be successful in this role, you require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You excel at presenting data-driven findings and recommendations to collaborators and have a proven track record in vendor management.
