About the role
The Construction Manager position is responsible for overseeing infrastructure construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate startup/commissioning activities, punch lists, and coordination with supporting teams (e.g., document control, survey, environmental, land acquisition) as applicable.
- Support constructability reviews and value engineering efforts to improve delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 6 years of progressive construction management experience.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated capability leading project teams and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of project controls, documentation, and construction administration processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
