YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Clerk of Invoice Posting is an entry level role focused on processing invoices with clear quality and productivity metrics. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a passionate individual willing to continue growing withing Bacardi and capable to support different internal and external stakeholders as well as drive efficient solutions to multiple teams. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE - Process invoices following standard procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy. - Flag and escalate discrepancies in invoice data or PO/GR information. - Meet daily productivity and quality targets. - Support data entry tasks related to invoice registration and document matching. - Maintain updated records in ERP systems following compliance requirements. - Collaborate with team members to resolve basic inquiries.
