• 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

AWS Finance is responsible for end-to end financial ownership of a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio. You should be passionate about understanding revenue and cost drivers, thinking long term, and making actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. The Position: This role drives INTL expansion decisions and existing business performance. You will be leading a team to deliver audacious goals, thinking strategically and managing through complexity while supporting on-the-ground business decisions. As a leader in AWS, you will be expected to set the pace to ensure the team delivers actionable insights in a timely manner. This is not an everyday-is-the-same type of role. Your responsibilities will range from long-term planning to near-term results assessment, from supporting net new growth opportunities to identifying and improving scaled business mechanisms. In this role you will be partnering with AWS Directors and Vice Presidents to solve complex business challenges and you will need to be comfortable communicating your point of view - live in meetings and through writing. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who is decisive, action-oriented, and unapologetic about having extremely high standards. We are looking for someone who can motivate, inspire, and lead a cross-functional team. Expertise in building scalable mechanisms and continuous improvement is a plus. A proven record of delivering measurable results is a must.
