Graduate Process Engineer ( Thai proficiency required)

What You Should Have We are looking for a motivated Graduate Process Engineer to join our LNG and Green Fuels team at AFRY Thailand. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to develop technical expertise in process engineering and gain exposure to multidisciplinary energy and industrial projects focused on sustainable and low-carbon solutions. The successful candidate will support senior engineers in process design, engineering calculations, simulations, technical documentation, and project execution for LNG, hydrogen, ammonia, and other green-fuel initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment while contributing to the energy transition and sustainable development projects across the region. Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in process engineering are encouraged to apply Internship or academic project experience in the energy, LNG, or industrial sector is an advantage Strong foundation in thermodynamics, heat and material balance (HMB), and process engineering fundamentals Technical Skills Basic knowledge of process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS is preferred Understanding of Heat & Material Balance (HMB), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and process calculations Exposure to LNG, regasification, hydrogen, ammonia, or green fuel projects through coursework, internships, or thesis work is a plus Familiarity with engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and technical documentation Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings with attention to detail Knowledge of safety principles and engineering standards is an advantage Consulting & Communication Skills Good technical writing and documentation skills Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong communication and presentation skills Fluency in Thai and English Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a consulting engineering environment Candidates currently based in Thailand will be preferred We offer the following to qualified candidates: Friendly international working environment with a wide variety of interesting and challenging tasks Competitive salary package Career opportunity in one of the largest international consulting and engineering companies Possibility to grow professionally and advance in career At AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
