Job Description: Serve as the subject-matter authority on complex insurance-based wealth structures, including universal and whole-of-life policies, private placement life insurance (PPLI), and annuity-based retirement solutions. Engineer hybrid wealth preservation frameworks integrating life settlements, irrevocable trusts, and asset protection mechanisms to optimize tax efficiency and legacy planning. Design and deliver immersive, scenario-based training curricula for frontline wealth advisors, utilizing case studies derived from Hong Kong's high-premium life insurance market and Singapore's family office ecosystem. Develop sophisticated pricing matrices, illustrated ROI modeling tools, and proposal generation frameworks to support high-value client presentations. Monitor and synthesize regional regulatory developments (e.g., Hong Kong MPF reforms, Singapore ILAS 2.0 enhancements, IFRS 17 implications) to identify arbitrage opportunities and product gaps. Structure and negotiate co-investment and reinsurance partnerships with offshore carriers to enhance portfolio yields for large-ticket client mandates. Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all product offerings meet regulatory standards across Greater China, including HKMA, MAS, and cross-border insurance sales protocols. Orchestrate quarterly client portfolio reviews and executive roadshows across key regional markets, ensuring seamless integration of global product capabilities. Qualification: Degree holder in any discipline Demonstrated expertise in Hong Kong MPF schemes, Singapore ILAS frameworks, offshore trust architectures, and PRC cross-border insurance regulations. CFP®, RFP, ChFC, or equivalent wealth management designation required; actuarial or legal background highly preferred. Proven track record in structuring insurance solutions for UHNW clients ($5M+ investable assets) within a private banking or boutique family office context. Extensive travel required throughout Mainland China and Singapore to support client engagements, regulatory audits, and strategic business development initiatives.
