Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Intake Coordinator (IC) to take full ownership of our intake process. This role is critical to ensuring that all prospective new clients (PNCs) are handled efficiently, professionally, and with empathy, while maintaining seamless communication with the Attorney and all stakeholders. Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM M-F CST Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Draft and send: Retainer agreements Records releases (RR) Declination letters Send weekly status reports covering all intake matters. Treat all PNCs with respect and empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct intake interviews within 24 hours of receiving leads (unless directed otherwise). Ensure all intake matters are properly tracked and progressing in a timely manner. Monitor and ensure all lead sources are functioning properly (e.g., website forms, referral portals). Schedule and coordinate calls between the Attorney and PNCs. Proactively remind the Attorney to review intake matters when needed. Keep PNCs informed with regular updates regarding their case status.
