Maintain and grow Revenue & number of partners in given territory/BU.
Revenue and Margin growth for new and existing business customers
Builds high loyalty and long-term business relationships with the assigned business partner.
Manage some team members for assigned BU/territory.
Develops relationships for business partner's growth in quality and quantity to uncover business opportunities for assigned BU/territory.
Provides leadership and guidance customer planning and engagement along with team members.
Regular monitoring to track progress toward revenue and growth goals.
Ensuring solutions and handles escalated complaints from business partners.
Manage operational and daily business inside the team (sales process, pipeline update, follow up to business partner, response to business partner, engagement to business partner, etc.)
Assessment of market conditions with business partner and discernment of opportunities for the Company's products and services
Provides on the job training the sales cycle to the team.
Provides supervision, coaching and warnings/notice when needed.

Development of subordinates, including regarding work performance and motivation
Comply with and ensure the sales process with company regulation.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
>5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
>1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Working Conditions:
Frequent Travel Required (25%).
