As a Support Worker, you'll help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:
Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Providing respite care (giving carers a break)

What You Need
Requirements
A caring nature - Passionate about helping people
Good communication skills - Able to chat and listen to clients and team members
Ability to work independently - Comfortable using technology in your role
Australian working rights
A valid driver's licence
Access to a reliable, insured car
A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
Nice-to-Have (but not required):
Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (We provide training if you don't have one!)
Experience in aged care or disability support
First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)
