HR & Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We're looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to help build and support Sent's team in Kosovo. You'll own the full hiring lifecycle for local roles and support HR operations as we grow our Pristina office.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting. Source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help close roles across technical and operational functions.
• Partner with hiring managers. Work closely with team leads to understand what they need, calibrate on candidate profiles, and keep searches on track.
• Support HR operations. Help manage onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR processes as the Kosovo office grows.
• Build the candidate experience. Every candidate who interacts with Sent should come away with a positive impression - regardless of outcome.
• Use local knowledge. Leverage your understanding of the Kosovo talent market to find great people faster.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment. You've owned hiring end-to-end, not just scheduled interviews.
• Experience hiring for technical and operational roles. You've recruited across functions and know how to calibrate for different types of roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management. Hiring managers trust you. Candidates like working with you.
• Organized and thorough. You manage multiple searches at once without things falling through the cracks.
• Good understanding of employer branding and recruitment processes in Kosovo is an advantage.
