Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Monitoring
Monitor changes in international, federal, state, and local employment laws relevant to manufacturing and distribution environments.
Conduct routine compliance reviews and assist with risk assessments.
Support internal and external audits, including gathering documentation and tracking corrective actions.
Maintain compliance calendars, reporting requirements, and regulatory deadlines.
Policy Administration
Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining global HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure policies are consistently communicated and applied across regions.
Coordinate with Legal to incorporate regulatory updates into HR processes.
Training & Awareness
Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams, supervisors, and frontline managers.
Maintain training records and ensure completion of required programs.
Promote awareness of compliance expectations, reporting channels, and ethical conduct. Employee Relations & Investigations Support
Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compliance-related employee relations issues.
Support investigations into policy violations, misconduct, or regulatory concerns, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
