This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health. About ForLife This company focuses on building a mission-critical healthcare platform used daily by clinics. It handles patient data, payments, and real-world fulfillment. Reliability and data integrity matter. Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced Clinical Nutritionist to lead metabolic health programmes and driving durable outcomes enrolled in GLP1 and non-GLP1 metabolic programmes. Alongside the clinical work, will contribute to building out the operational capabilities required to scale the programme to a national scale. Key Responsibilities: Directly manage patients on the programme end-to-end-from assessment and meal plans Conduct ongoing follow-up while keeping the medical team informed Track meals and problem solve with the patients on their nutrition needs in the day Keep detailed notes for each patient interaction Build the playbook for these programmes - the nutrition protocols, SOPs, and patient and care-team materials, and refine it Partner with founders, medical leadership, and clinics to make the programme practical and repeatable Define and track the outcome metrics that tell us the programme is working-from clinical markers to adherence and patient experience Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics (RD or CDE registration preferred) Hands-on experience managing care programmes for metabolic conditions such as obesity, T2D and PCOS, including pharmacologically supported approaches; direct GLP-1 experience is a strong plus Comfortable working in ambiguity - energised by undefined problems and the freedom to design the answers Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across founders, doctors, and operating teams Competitive compensation and the room to grow with an early-stage company as the practice expands into adjacent programmes Real ownership- the protocols and playbooks you build become the base for a national scale program Direct access to founders and clinical leadership, with the latitude to shape strategy, not just execute it This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Bengaluru office. We're looking for someone able to dedicate their full professional focus. Candidates selected for this role will not be able to keep a personal client list.
