Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts on rotation between days and nights, including weekends. The hours of work will be primarily Wednesday through Saturday (40 hours, day shift).
Must possess an Interprovincial Millwright License
Previous maintenance experience in an industrial plant/manufacturing setting is an asset
Must be able to learn computer-based maintenance software
Must possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities
Must be able to work in a team setting with other tradesmen.

Role: Journeyman Millwright
Job Summary: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the primary roles and responsibilities of a Journeyman Millwright are to install new machinery, repair and replace defective machine parts or machinery, and ensure machines work properly in the production facility while respecting the company's safety rules and regulations, ultimately creating a safe and orderly workplace.
Compensation: Starting rate is at $44.11/Hour
