Requirements
Master's degree or above in business, information systems, analytics, or a closely related discipline; or significant professional experience in AI, digital transformation, or data-enabled business processes.

The Calvin University School of Business is seeking an adjunct professor to teach BUS‑310: Leading with AI in Business, a 2‑credit course that examines emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, through a managerial lens. Students learn how AI can (and cannot) create value in organizations, identify high‑value business use cases, evaluate data readiness, and apply responsible‑AI principles such as privacy, bias mitigation, and accountability. Emphasis is placed on value creation, change management, stakeholder communication, and Christian perspectives on technology.
This two-credit course meets during both the Fall and Spring semesters in 2026-2027 in the School of Business building. Class timing may be flexible.
