Lead division inventory optimization efforts to reduce overall inventory levels while meeting customer service targets
Drives tariff impact analysis and execution of mitigation actions to deliver cost savings and maintain supply stability.
Champion a disciplined SIOP process as a critical business capability to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and effective execution across supply, demand, inventory, and operations.
Lead supply chain program management for production moves and strategic parts sourcing to ensure continuity of supply, mitigate risk, and support business growth.
Lead supply chain and materials management initiatives by providing direction and guidance as well as setting clear performance expectations and coaching for excellence for key stakeholders.
Lead/collaborate with demand planning, product line leadership, engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
Identify opportunities to develop, improve or simplify processes, guidelines and policies for effective supplier management practices, order fulfillment, inventory management and materials management activities.
Identify business risks and implement resolutions and scalable mechanisms across the in-plant materials management and supply chain management function.
Build and develop relationships at the executive level with suppliers and partners to ensure contractual commitment, alignment, and accountability.
Establish a culture focused on continuous process improvements aimed at achieving predictability and efficient materials management operations.
Establish performance monitoring/KPI programs to effectively measure the performance of our internal team and our supply chain.
Manage to ensure the SIOP plan is set in accordance to meet customer expectations and that all manufacturing locations are in line to support it.
Identify and implement total supply chain improvements. Increase supply chain visibility to assist in inventory reduction and on time delivery. Evaluate networks and pursue systems/process enhancements to reduce costs and improve reliability.
Develop analytics to measure, evaluate, analyze, and take corrective action to continually improve key metrics in materials management and the supply chain.
Responsible for maintaining and improving all aspects of the Materials Management function.
Lead supplier on-time delivery improvement initiatives to support assurance of supply
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain/ Materials, Business Administration or a similar discipline.
10+ years of Supply Chain Experience in Global Manufacturing Environments.
Demonstrated experience leading supply chain program management for production moves across plants, lines, or regions to support business continuity, cost, and service objectives.
Proven experience driving strategic parts sourcing, including supplier transitions, alternate source qualification, and risk mitigation to ensure assurance of supply.
Proven ability to manage tariff exposure by evaluating cost impacts and driving effective mitigation strategies across international supply chains.
Prior experience with international supply chain planning and leading a supply chain team.
Prior experience with utilizing lean methodology and tools to improve operations.
Sound knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle/ERP experience is preferred.
Hybrid Work Format: This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. This requires working a minimum of 3 days per week from your designated Regal Rexnord office, with a strong preference for 4 days per week in office.

Position Overview:
The Industrial Components Division of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment is seeking a Sr Director, Supply Chain to. Industrial Components is a $650M division with a global manufacturing footprint in Mexico, US, Canada, Germany, and Belgium.
Reporting to the Division President, this role leads the end-to-end flow of materials across 11 manufacturing sites, with accountability for supply chain program management, inventory optimization and reduction, tariff strategy, and SIOP ownership to achieve productivity, efficiency, cost, and service targets while proactively managing risk. The Sr. Director, Supply Chain drives excellence in material planning, supplier partnerships, in-plant materials management, and cross-functional execution. This leader is responsible for optimizing material flow by balancing supply and demand through mature SIOP, demand planning, scheduling, inventory management, production control, and logistics processes.
