What will you bring to Omnissa?:
5+ years' experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage real estate portfolios and deliver high-quality workplace experiences across multiple locations.
Experience in facilities operations, space planning, and workplace program management.
Strong communicator with executive presence, with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze occupancy, utilization, and cost data to inform decisions.
Knowledge of workplace technology, building systems, and sustainability best practices is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environment.
