We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner who will serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to the Building operating Unit in and around Central London and to the Finance Enabling Function. As the HR Business Partner, you will: Demonstrate role modelling of, and be ambassador for, HR business partnering across the Operating Unit and individual projects. Develop a thorough understanding of how the Operating Unit projects are commercially viable and add value through people related activities. Utilise people data to measure and improve project performance. Support the HR Director with resource forecasting for the Operating Unit to understand future requirements and implement strategies to address. Work in collaboration with the Resourcing team to offer robust governance and benchmarking to support an effective recruitment process. Manage employee relations matters effectively end to end to promote a high-performance culture. Work on ideas or strategies to further improve employee experience and drive the talent review processes. Work in collaboration with other HR Business Partners on internal joint venture projects. We are looking for: Proven experience of delivery and a track record in the key areas of generalist HR including business partnering experience, coaching senior leaders and line managers through people related matters. A thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law, and experience of practical application of this in a complex business environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and spoken and written communication skills. Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building credible relationships. Knowledge or previous experience in a project based construction business with a clear understanding of the challenges faced in this environment.
