Pay Range: $25.48 - $33.98 While reporting to an Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader is responsible for the performance (quality and quantity) and work assigned to a team within the operations department. Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements: Hours may be different than 8:00 am to 5:00 pm depending on department need. Tasks Performed: 30% Perform daily tasks as assigned to team 15% Research, analyze, and resolve complex problemsissues related to the department's activity. Assist other department staff by handling escalated customer issues and answering questions. 15% Train, mentor, develop, and oversee staff. Conduct annual reviews, establish individual goals. Assist with hiring. 10% Completes performance reports for department staff that includes production, quality control and service level. 10% Ensure department procedures are current and accurate 10% Make daily decisions regarding the assignment of work and the coordination of workflow. 10% Other duties as assigned.
