ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Field Nurse RN . The successful candidate will support Sussex Count, DE specifically inGeorgetown, Lewes, Rehoboth; work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and 2 on-call shifts each month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform and document clinical assessments of patients at time of admission only; no revisits or med/surg evaluations.
Precept other nurses who are taking on some admission duties.
Initiates and participates in team meetings and/or independently collaborates in interdisciplinary discussions regarding patient care or practice.
Enhances professional growth by staying current in clinical practice. Incorporating research into practice and participating in councils/committees/task forces.
