5+ years of experience in the financial service industry

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Product to join the team in Japan.
How You Will Add Value?
Proceed with projects on product launch change and termination:
Develop, change and terminate products (including Investment Trust, Separate Account, Sub-Advisory Business, etc.) collaborating with various teams such as global investment teams, sales team, operation team, risk management team, Legal Compliance team.
Plan product strategies:
Plan product strategies by analyzing Franklin Templeton group and competitors' products and researching market/industry movement.
Work on updating product line-up by collaborating with other teams.
Maintain and manage existing products:
Maintain and upgrade the product quality through product review, manager due diligence, product governance, etc.
Other responsibilities:
Cover wide range of tasks about product (planning, structuring, maintaining, etc.) while working with other departments.
Explore new types of strategies and structures in alternative or sub-advisory fields.
Communicate with global Investment/Product teams
