The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team and site leadership at the Broken Arrow manufacturing facility. This role supports day-today Human Resources activities including onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee engagement, timekeeping, and general office operations.
This is a highly visible, on-site role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships across the site.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Support
Support the HR Manager with daily HR and administrative functions
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Provide general administrative support to HR and operations teams
Recruiting & Onboarding
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
Assist with onboarding and new hire processing
Support recruiting activities as needed
Timekeeping & Employee Support
Manage timekeeping updates and attendance tracking
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support
Employee Engagement & Office Coordination
Assist with employee engagement activities and events
Coordinate meetings, events, and site activities
Support office organization, supplies and vendor coordination
Requirements
1-3+ years of administrative, coordinator, HR support, or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
