Job Summary
This individual contributing Team Lead role supports both Mobile and RON notary operations, across mobile & RON teams based on business demand. The role serves as a subject matter expert, ensures consistent execution, manages escalations, and drives alignment across service lines to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Recommend improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve consistency and efficiency through partnership with leadership
Understands how teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve organizational objectives including a unified and consistent customer experience across all service channels
Builds expertise in Mobile & RON processes, systems, & compliance requirements and provides subject matter guidance across multiple domains
Impacts results of own team and effectiveness of related teams as a primary resource for escalations, complex scenarios, and issue resolution
Gathers, monitors, and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent
Exercises judgement using strong problem-solving and decision-making skills based on previous experiences, practices and precedents
Evaluates and effectively communicates complex information in a clear, concise manner using strong communication skills
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
Acts as a lead, supporting onboarding, training, ongoing development, and coordinating the work of others but is not a direct supervisor
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
