Where You'll Make a Difference Supervise production operations to ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards Monitor daily production flow, shipping efficiency, and on-time order completion (ZPro/Oflow) Execute batch production activities and ensure adherence to specifications Partner with Quality to ensure products meet established standards and lead deviation investigations with CAPA alignment Maintain accurate production documentation in line with retention policies Drive continuous improvement initiatives (6S) and operational excellence on the shop floor Ensure equipment uptime by coordinating maintenance, calibration, and repairs Communicate effectively with warehouse and office teams to resolve operational needs and escalations Lead daily shift reporting and shop floor tier meetings using the IFF Operating System What Makes You the Right Fit Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Experience analyzing process data and using lab equipment (e.g., pH meter, densitometer, particle size analyzer) Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA requirements, and food or chemical manufacturing processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or similar systems Ability to manage inventory accuracy, including batch reconciliation and backflushing Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks) Physical capability to meet job demands (lifting, pushing/pulling materials as required) How Would You Stand Out? 3-5 years of experience in food or chemical manufacturing Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrated success in team development, coaching, and performance management Why Choose Us?
