Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)
Site Specific: Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

As a Logistic Representative , the primary point of contact for customer representatives within the network, acting as the liaison between customers and the capacity team responsible for booking loads. You'll own the load lifecycle from start to finish, including order entry, load creation, and managing any exceptions that occur during execution. The individual responds to customer inquiries and requests, ensures timely communication and issue resolution, and manages a portfolio of customers to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following: Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System
Maintaining any team mailboxes
Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes
Document and organize existing standard operating processes
Learn multiple job functions within assigned team
Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers
Meet operational metrics
Conduct CHR systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives
Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR's value proposition
Act as a resource and support for peers when needed
Understand and utilize CHR's project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
