Key responsibilities and contributions Support month‑end reporting and management account preparation Assist with Workiva system updates and data validation Help prepare finance schedules, listings, and supporting documents Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance systems Provide general administrative and documentation support to the finance team Learning and development areas Corporate financial reporting processes Practical finance workflows and controls Financial systems exposure (Workiva) Data organisation and documentation Collaboration and project support skills Ideal qualification and attributes Diploma or Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems Basic Excel skills (PivotTables / Power Query is a plus) Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
