CACI is seeking an Intel Analyst responsible for conducting technical analysis and supporting the collection and dissemination of critical information to U.S. and coalition forces on target device TTPs, emerging technologies, and unmanned threat platforms such as UAS and UMS.
This role directly supports the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, providing timely intelligence insights that enhance operational awareness and mission effectiveness.
The position may also involve temporary travel or deployment based on customer requirements to ensure intelligence support is delivered wherever it is needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct all-source analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
Utilize various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHINT, SIGINT/CYBER, HUMINT, MASINT, etc.) from all levels of classified information.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information as directed by customer requests.
Requirements
Required:
Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Requires Military Intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.
BA/BS and 6 years of experience, associate's degree plus 9 years of experience or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
Demonstrate experience and understanding in HUMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, and IMINT intelligence disciplines and the ability to fuse disparate data into completed reports.
Understanding of threat device engineering and function.
UAS and Counter UAS platform and hands on instruction.
Experience and the Ability to integrate UAS and C-UAS TTPs into Operational and Intelligence Planning.
Demonstrate understanding of ISR Operations Collection Strategy, Planning, and Execution.
The ability to identify UAS and UMS systems.
Must demonstrate ability to provide analysis to identify trends on target devices and TTPs.
Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
Research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.
Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.
Ability to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills as well as briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.
Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.
Desired:
Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoD capability.
Demonstrate knowledge on the use of electronic signature detection equipment, technical expert for identification, function, and tactics involving Counter-Improvised threat, including integration with associated equipment, and reporting entities.
Able to identify and characterize Counter-UAS and UMS detectors/indicators and compatibility with associated training devices, Electronic Count
