You are a nurse who is confident in your clinical judgment and comfortable in the unpredictable nature of emergency care.
Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred (or willingness to obtain as applicable)
Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
Calm, adaptable, and effective in high-pressure environments
A collaborative team member who supports both patients and colleagues

As a PRN RN, you will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team providing care in a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center , supporting patients across the full spectrum of emergency medicine.
You will:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency environment
Care for a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and acute medical cases
Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced ED staff
Apply strong clinical judgment in rapidly changing, high-acuity situations
Support seamless, team-based care when departmental needs are highest

PRN status (as-needed scheduling)
Night shift availability (12-hour shifts: 1900-0700)
Supports staffing needs including nights, weekends, and peak volume periods
12% PRN differential
Additional differentials for night, evening, and weekend shifts
