8+ years of progressive finance experience (or similar) to include a minimum of 1 year experience with the following: transformational reorgs, acquisition/integration, divestiture, corporate funding (debt/equity).
Experience supporting operations in a multi-site healthcare or clinic-based organization.
Experience in investment banking, including M&A, valuation, or transaction support with strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Market Financial Leadership
Oversee FP&A support for assigned markets, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, board materials, and strategic analysis for operational decision support.
Manage the forecasting and budgeting of revenue, patient care costs, indirect expenses, and capital expenditures associated with assigned markets, including cross-functional support functions/needs.
Act as the key point of contact for clinic operations for actual financials, forecasts, budgets, operational data, financial analysis, KPIs, and all other misc. financial/operational information for the Market President and key stakeholders.
Manage timing and deliverables related to assigned markets and operational areas, including adherence to deadlines, communicating with leadership, and overall finance management of the market with Market President and Finance counterparts, including JV partner finance and operations teams.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, develop, and retain a team of FP&A professionals, providing clear priorities, ongoing coaching, and actionable performance feedback.
Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and formal evaluations, to drive individual and team effectiveness.
Build team capabilities through training and development planning, and to support longterm talent growth.
Establish and maintain a high-performance culture with strong accountability, collaboration, and quality standards
Align team efforts with market and JV priorities, ensuring effective support of operational and strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial deliverables, reviewing and approving all outputs produced by the team.
Review and improve standard monthly reporting for assigned markets, in addition to consolidated reporting spanning all markets, including labor hours, labor rates, key metrics, and revenue reporting.

Job Summary
The Director, FP&A, is responsible for all forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and variance analysis for assigned markets. This role will drive strategic decision making and provide thought leadership to operations and senior leadership. The Director, FP&A, will be a liaison between clinic operations, joint venture (JV) operations and ACP/Support Center departments regarding financial, operational, and cross-functional information and analysis. This role will partner with other departments including, but not limited to, Business Intelligence (DEMI), Business Development, IT, Marketing, Accounting, and others across the Company, to support strategic business decision making, driving financial results. The Director, FP&A, will be expected to manage the direct market support, independently, acting as the primary Finance liaison for assigned joint ventures.
