As a Client Services Officer within our Financial Services division, you will support our Financial Planning professionals while building strong, trusted relationships with clients. You'll ensure a seamless client experience by managing enquiries, coordinating processes, and maintaining accurate financial data.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to Financial Planning professionals
Prepare and process implementation documentation for client recommendations
Assist in managing compliance and regulatory obligations
Maintain accurate client records within financial planning systems
Liaise with external financial providers to obtain required information
Coordinate and manage ongoing client communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Provide general administrative support to the team
About you:
You are a highly organised and client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring:
Previous experience in a client services or administrative support role (experience in financial services will be highly regarded)
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience working to deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
