Responsibilities
- Assist clients with skill development for activities of daily living
- Collaborate with clients and staff to develop and achieve short term goals
- Provide interventions focused on problem-solving, crisis management, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement

Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Schedule:
- Sunday 9am-4pm, Monday 9am-4pm, Saturday 9am-3pm (20 hours)
- Annual Salary
- $20.50 - $20.50 USD

Eliot's Respite program is a short term restorative service that assists clients with obtaining and maintaining community living. As a Respite Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized supports that assist with stabilization and successful community transition. Our ideal candidate will have the skills to establish supportive relationships, excellent communication, crisis management and problem solving skills.
