$54.11 per hourThis is the applicable wage for this position.Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.Employees also receive a competitive retirement package. Watch Ledcor's Innovation, Culture and Community video to see what it's like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the true blue team - watch here Essential Responsibilities : Operate cranes (up to 160T) to perform lifts in a safe and efficient manner Fly and place concrete forms, rebar bundles, and concrete buckets with accuracy Operates in crowded, fast-paced working environments, and exercises extreme caution with awareness of potential situational hazards to ensure site safety. Interprets verbal and non-verbal communication (including hand signals) from operators, ground personnel and Labourers, and acts accordingly. The ability to operate on adverse terrain, near other equipment and heavy trafficked areas Adhere to all project and Ledcor policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Conduct pre-operational inspections and daily equipment checks
