Cargo Flow Optimisation Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage cargo movement across hub ports, ensuring on-time delivery
• Monitor vessel schedules and respond to operational deviations
• Handle cargo contingencies to minimize customer impact
• Support service performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in validating terminal operational charges and resolving discrepancies
• Contribute to maintaining efficient yard flow and overall hub readiness

Requirements

• Open to all backgrounds (preferably in supply chain, logistics, or maritime); ~2 years of logistics experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working shifts, with data and multiple systems
• Good prioritization and teamwork skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome

As a Cargo Flow Optimization Operator, you will help ensure cargo moves reliably through our network. Your work directly supports vessel operations and overall network performance, with guidance from a collaborative and experienced team. This role can be based in either Singapore or Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
