Descripción del Puesto: Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a panadero/a con ganas de aprender. Puede o no contar con experiencia en la elaboración de productos artesanales. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la preparación, formado, horneado y presentación de panes, bizcochos y productos de panadería, siguiendo nuestras recetas y estándares de calidad. Responsabilidades principales: Elaborar masas, premezclas y preparaciones según recetas establecidas. Formar, laminar y hornear panes, facturas y productos de bollería. Garantizar la calidad, textura y presentación de cada producto. Mantener la limpieza, higiene y orden en el área de trabajo (cumplir con BPM). Controlar stock de materias primas y comunicar necesidades de reposición. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en panadería (deseable). Disponibilidad horaria de 14 a 22 hs y para trabajar fines de semana.
