Responsibilities
This role is highly collaborative and delivery-focused, requiring consistent, high-quality facilitation, strong stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
As a Safety Leadership Facilitator , you will:
Deliver safety leadership and behavioural training programs across Sime Group businesses in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring alignment with agreed outcomes and program design
Provide coaching and mentoring to frontline leaders and operational teams to uplift safety leadership capability
Travel across Australia and New Zealand to facilitate in-person programs and support leaders on site
Ensure consistency and quality of program delivery, while adapting facilitation to meet participant and operational needs
Support the ongoing development and continuous improvement of training content, materials, and delivery approaches
Actively contribute to Training Team and Sime Group Safety meetings, sharing insights and supporting team outcomes

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum five years' experience facilitating high-impact leadership or behavioural training programs, ideally in multi-site, industrial, or high-risk environments
Strong facilitation and adult learning skills, with experience delivering both in-person and virtual learning solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging diverse audiences
Experience coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and operational teams
A collaborative and reliable approach, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand
