In addition to Motor Assembler I responsibilities,
Assemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.
Select and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentation
Perform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipment
Troubleshoot product issues and identify root causes, implementing corrective actions as needed
Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards
Support process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Completion of a High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specifications
Basic mathematical understanding and ability to use measuring instruments
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
2- 3 years of progressively complex manufacturing experience
Experience operating motor assembly or winding equipment
Familiarity with testing equipment and quality systems procedures
Work Type: Onsite: T his role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full‑time basis.
