Your Mission As the Marketing Campaign Associate, you'll support the planning, execution, and operational excellence of marketing campaigns. This role focuses on building scalable, transparent, and efficient cross-functional processes that enable campaign teams to move faster while maintaining clarity, compliance, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Establish, centralize, and optimize scalable creative and legal request management processes , including clear intake, prioritization, ownership, timelines, and escalation paths
- Ensure end-to-end visibility across requests, milestones, dependencies, and approvals through transparent tracking and documentation
- Eliminate duplicated requests, circular workflows, and operational inefficiencies to improve speed and cross-functional alignment
- Support the coordinationexecution of integrated marketing campaigns , including ATL (Above-The-Line) initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve campaign workflows, tools, and reporting
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project management, or a related operational role
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong communication skills, ability to connect easily with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented, with a structured and methodical approach to managing processes and deliverables
- Possess a c ontinuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
