Commercial Manager - Kemps Creek, NSW We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Kemps Creek Site in Sydney, NSW. This role supports our new highly automated site servicing some of our biggest customer contracts in the R&C division. As the Commercial Manager, you will: Partner with site management to deliver customer contractual commitments in a profitable way while mitigating commercial risks. Liaising with operations to obtain and validate critical business assumptions against business case and develop commercial solutions where performance is not meeting business case. Compile and validate weekly billing and KPI data. Completion of forecasting, budgeting in conjunction with the Finance and Operations team. Conducting analysis of trends, actual vs forecast and year on year comparisons to ensure sound business decisions are made at the right time. About you To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years' experience in a senior commercial or finance role, supported by a Commerce/Business degree and CA or CPA qualification Strong track record in contract negotiations, pricing, commercial governance and ownership of commercial outcomes Advanced financial modelling capability, including capital investment, tender and scenario modelling Demonstrated accountability for budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance Excellent commercial acumen, able to balance risk, value and operational realities in complex environments Advanced Excel skills, Power BI experience desirable, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business units (logistics, resources, industrials or asset‑intensive environments highly regarded) What moves you?
