Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills
Demonstrated team building talent and hands-on problem-solving skills
Ability to achieve results individually and as a member of a team
