About the role
This position is responsible for greeting customers and visitors with a positive, professional, and customer focused demeanor while working independently to provide a high level of administrative support across departments. Key Duties & Responsibilities Maintains confidentiality and exercised discretion in handling sensitive information. Create, update, post to TVs and distribute announcements, quarterly newsletters, information, etc. This position requires proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Previous administrative experience is preferred. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 6 months of relevant experience required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of and ability to manage the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the function or department. Knowledge of processes, tools and services for managing the acquisition, maintenance and dissemination of physical and electronic information. Ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams. Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets). Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers or workstations. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting. Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing/walking may be required. Two companies, one vision.
