Responsibilities

- REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Current member, or willing and eligible to become a member, of the Tennessee State Bar.
- Hands-on experience with large scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management.
- Detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong technical and analytic background; comfortable with statistical metrics and the use of spreadsheets and infographics.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
