Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing closed mortgage loan files for compliant accuracy, consistency, and completeness of signatures, dates, and additional critical data points for all portfolio and secondary market loans including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and construction to permanent loans Responsible for validating system data to closed loan document data Responsible for documenting errors, reporting them in a detailed workflow process, and communicating them effectively to the responsible parties for potential correction Complete required checklists/worksheets and review Encompass Reports Work closely with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Booking, Imaging, Servicing, Mtg Suspense, and Shipping & Delivery It is the responsibility of this role to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.
