Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360° recruitment process, from business development and client meetings to candidate sourcing, interviewing and placing
• Using job boards, LinkedIn, adverts and referrals to attract top finance talent
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients across Sussex
• Visiting clients regularly to understand their needs - so a driving licence is essential
• Collaborating with a supportive, experienced team to drive overall branch success
