The People Consultant at SimCorp is responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and supporting employees across various people-related processes. With typically 7-10 years of experience in HR service delivery or a related field, this role focuses on assisting in the administration of core HR services, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. The Senior People Consultant works closely with the People Services team to ensure that HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with SimCorp's policies and values. What You Will Be Responsible For Assist in the delivery of core HR services, including payroll administration, employee benefits programs, employee relations support, and general HR administration Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and other people-related inquiries Help ensure the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, ensuring compliance with SimCorp's policies and legal requirements Support HR data management, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in HR systems and records Assist with employee communications regarding HR policies, benefits, and other people services, ensuring clarity and transparency Work closely with other HR teams, such as Compensation & Benefits and People & Org Development, to support employee needs and ensure seamless HR service delivery Provide guidance on basic employee relations issues, escalating more complex matters to senior HR professionals when necessary Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services by identifying areas for efficiency gains and process improvements Assist with HR reporting and tracking key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of people services Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and optimizing HR operations What We Value Administering core HR services and supporting the smooth delivery of people services across the organization Providing support to employees and managers on HR-related questions, benefits, and policies Assisting with data management and ensuring HR records are accurate and up-to-date Collaborating with other HR teams to enhance service delivery and improve employee experience Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that improve HR processes and service efficiency Supporting the tracking and reporting of key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
