About the role

We are a busy, compassionate animal hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and clients. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hospital Attendant to assist with end-of-day cleaning and facility maintenance. Position Summary The Hospital Attendant plays an important role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our patients, clients, and veterinary team. Responsibilities

  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Launder hospital linens and towels
  • Follow hospital safety and infection-control protocols
  • Perform other weekly and monthly housekeeping duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in an animal hospital environment around dogs and cats
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks
  • Previous cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required
