Sourcer, Supply Chain (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, with a specialized focus on building our critical Supply Chain Organization . In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various strategic sourcing, supplier development, and logistics leadership functions to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build robust pipelines for key procurement, supplier industrialization, and logistics program management roles, ensuring we can deliver advanced defense technology at scale and at speed. This role is open to 6 month contract.
